Exploration Conference Return Policy:
If you cannot attend the conference for any reason, upon notification, CYMA will refund the conference fee less a $60 processing charge. No refunds will be given within ten (10) days of the conference (no refunds after August 21, 2009). For further clarification please contact CYMA at 800-292-2962.
