If the Hyatt Gainey Ranch is sold out, we recommend the Hyatt Gainey Suites as an alternative hotel because it is the closest hotel and offers a complementary shuttle to the Hyatt Gainey Ranch. * CYMA conference fee is per attendee and does not include transportation or hotel costs. The Thursday evening anniversary event is for conference attendees only. If you are planning on bringing a guest to the event, CYMA requires a $75 per guest fee. Click here to add a guest for $75. The event will be more formal in nature, so we please ask that any guest be 18 or older.If you cannot attend the conference for any reason, upon notification, CYMA will refund the conference fee less a $60 processing charge.
