Return Policy

Returns allowed within 60 days of order date when accompanied by order of equal or greater value. Software packages must be unopened. Absolutely no returns without return authorization number.

Restocking fees may apply.

Shipping

CYMA's standard methods of shipping are USPS & UPS. FedEx is only available if customer provides their FedEx account number and no other acceptable shipping options are available.
