Topics include Accounts Receivable module configuration, payment processing, invoice entry, finance charge and write-off processing. This course also covers unapplied payments, customer deposit processing, miscellaneous payments, credit memo processing, product maintenance and sales tax processing. Also included is a review of all key AR reports including Aging and Ledger reports. Recommended for the person primary responsible for invoice entry, payment entry and/or AR operations at the company.
