If you are attempting to get an activation code for F9 on a new machine, but the website says the serial number has already been activated and for to contact the distributor, you will need to contact F9 to reset the activation process.
You will need to complete a form and either fax it to 604-688-4092 or email it to email@example.com. For access to the form and further instructions visit F9's website www.f9.com/wp-content/docs/f9-license-reactivation.doc
F9 will return a new activation code directly to the submitter; CYMA will not have a copy of this request. The process takes approximately 24 hours (Monday - Friday).
