CYMA Online Class Overview
CYMA presents training classes via the Internet through our CYMA Virtual Classroom. Now you can attend classes at convenient times for you, on a wide variety of CYMA subjects without incurring expensive travel costs.
Class instructors are CYMA certified professionals and will include real life examples and exercises. Class sizes are purposely kept small to allow for instructor and student interaction. You can also rent out the CYMA Virtual Classroom for a private class for your company. All that is required is an Internet connection and a phone line*.

How to Use The ClassroomAfter sigining up for the training class, you will be sent an email with a key and phone number. If you use dial-up for Internet access, you will need one phone line for the Internet and an additional phone line to hear the audio portion. The phone call is a toll call and will be billed by your long distance provider.
After you login and call the provided number, you are ready for the class to begin*. A control panel window similar to the above will be displayed in your browser. It contains some functions you may want to know about.
In the "Hand Up" box you will see a list of names. If you right click on your name and select hand up the instructor will be queued to stop the class for your specific question.
During the class the instructor will switch to a demonstration mode. All of the actions on the instructors computer are visible during this portion of the class. This is displayed its own window so you can follow with your local copy of CYMAIV if desired or use the class control panel.
Technical Requirements:When you sign up for the training class you will be required to enter a credit card. You will receive a meeting key with your receipt that will allow you to login and attend the class.

Class Times:All classes are in Arizona Time. Please refer to the map below to determine your timezone and the time the class will be held in your local area.
