CYMA's new Quick Entry system also provides benefits to users of the General Ledger in a traditional accounting environment. It is an ideal system to record debit card transactions and manual checks associated with a Vendor but not associated with a specific invoices. It provides a clean method for entering wire transfers and other electronic payments. For customers not using CYMA's Accounts Receivable system, it provides an easy to use method for linking deposits to customers.
